Lake Research Partners is also able to offer jury research for our non-political clients. To promote equal justice for all, we have developed jury research methods that are more affordable and accessible, while still providing accurate, high-quality insights into the best paths, language, and frames to explain complex cases in the simplest terms to potential jurors. We have extensive experience with jury-related work. Recently, we conducted three projects that dug deep into jury-related studies, including how jurors view eye-witness evidence, their awareness of the different types of DNA and how they interpret inclusion and exclusion language, and agreements between the prosecution and witnesses who testify for the prosecution. We have used these insights for guidance on all subsequent jury work.
