How are particular policies affecting people? How can public programs better meet the public’s needs? Where are the policy gaps? How are specific reforms understood by the public—and how can those opinions be informed and shaped by different types of stimulus? Our research is designed to answer these questions and more—and at all levels of government. In addition, no other firm is committed to pushing the envelope—broadening the Overton window, if you will—not only to include in the public dialogue more progressive policy solutions, but also to devise strategies to win, implement them, and ensure their continued success.
